HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
It generally takes 3 - 5 business days to drop of at the carrier, plus the ship time you chose at checkout. For specific ship times please read all product descriptions before purchasing.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA?
Yes we ship worldwide using USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL. WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER WITH MY ORDER? Once the item has shipped you will receive an automated email containing the tracking number. If you have not received an email with a tracking number, your order has not shipped.
WHAT ARE CUSTOM AND DUTIES FEE?
Your country's Customs office may add Customs taxes (VAT) and Duty to your package once it arrives at your Customs office. Customer must pay any customs, duties and/or taxes to the parcel carrier at delivery of the package. Your parcel carrier may contact you to arrange payment of these fees before the package can be delivered. If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes.
